(SK, NS and NB Only) Edit Patient Information

The Edit button in the Patient tab allows you to edit the patient information such as, Name, Health#, phone#, Birth Date, etc. This information will be immediately updated in the Medication Review App as well as the Patient folder in PharmaClik Rx.

1. Select the Patient tab.
2. In the ‘Patient Information’ section, select the Edit button.

3. In the 'Patient Information' window, enter the required information. This information will be immediately written back to PharmaClik Rx.

Note: Patient Information will only be added locally. To transmit this information to the Patient's Electronic Health Record, you must use the Compare button in PharmaClik Rx

4. Select the Save button.
